Y & Q Investment Fund, LLC ("Y & Q Investment Fund") acts as an investment advisor to alternative investment funds, providing services to alternative investment funds by aggregating commitments from investors on the Y & Q Investment Fund platform to invest in other private equity or venture capital funds. Unless specifically providing information related to the specific fund advised by Y & Q Investment Fund, the following statements refer to Y & Q Investment Fund' management and investment decision-making processes.

Y & Q Investment Fund reviews and assesses sustainability risks as part of its investment advice process. Sustainability risk refers to environmental, social, or governance events or conditions that, if they occur, could have a significant adverse impact on the value of the investments being advised. Before providing any investment advice, Y & Q Investment Fund conducts due diligence. Part of the due diligence includes checking for the presence of sustainability risks. If such risks are identified and are likely to affect the returns of the fund, they will be incorporated into the investment advice. Y & Q Investment Fund does not have a specific policy focused on environmental, social, and governance factors, but may freely provide advice on investments with certain identified sustainability risks, supporting or opposing such investments.

For the avoidance of doubt, Y & Q Investment Fund does not consider any principal adverse impacts on sustainability factors when preparing and communicating its investment advice. Y & Q Investment Fund provides investment advice to fundcraft Management S.à rl (a fully authorized AIFM) and Y & Q Investment Fund I S.à rl (a below-threshold AIFM) regarding portfolio funds as part of blind pool private equity or venture capital funds. As blind pool funds, the portfolio funds have typically not made any investments when Y & Q Investment Fund communicates its investment advice. Furthermore, even in exceptional cases where the portfolio fund has already made investments, Y & Q Investment Fund, as the investment advisor, does not have access to such portfolio companies. Therefore, Y & Q Investment Fund does not rank or select portfolio funds based on the indicators provided in Annex I RTS Table 1.
